Jordana Yuen-Jung MOT, RMT, BSc.
Jordana Yuen-Jung is a Manual Osteopathic Therapist whose integrative approach combines Manual Osteopathy with Craniosacral Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing®. She believes that healing happens when the body, mind, and nervous system are supported together, creating the conditions for the body to express its own innate health and capacity for healing.
Jordana received her Massage Therapy diploma from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in Regina, completed her diploma in Manual Osteopathic Therapy through the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada in Edmonton, and earned her diploma in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy through Body Intelligence in Edmonton. She has also completed Somatic Experiencing® through the Intermediate Level, further deepening her understanding of nervous system regulation, resilience, and the body’s natural ability to heal.
In addition to her clinical practice, Jordana has been actively involved in osteopathic education, previously serving as a Teaching Assistant, Teaching Assistant Team Lead, and Instructor with the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada. Her experience mentoring future practitioners has strengthened both her clinical reasoning and her appreciation for the complexity, adaptability, and intelligence of the human body.
Jordana approaches each person with curiosity, compassion, and the understanding that symptoms rarely exist in isolation. Rather than focusing solely on where pain is experienced, she seeks to understand the underlying patterns contributing to discomfort and dysfunction. By listening to the body’s subtle cues and working with its natural rhythms, she creates treatments that are individualized, collaborative, and responsive to each client’s unique history and goals.
Drawing from Manual Osteopathy, Biodynamic and Traditional Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing®, and Massage Therapy, Jordana supports clients through structural, visceral, fascial, and nervous system approaches to care. Her treatments may include joint mobilization, visceral manipulation, myofascial release, neural manipulation, manual lymphatic techniques, and gentle biodynamic craniosacral work, always adapting her approach to meet the needs of the individual.
Jordana works with clients experiencing chronic pain, migraines, headaches, jaw dysfunction, tinnitus, neck and shoulder tension, digestive concerns, concussion recovery, and rehabilitation following injury or surgery. She also has a special interest in women’s health, including fertility, prenatal, and postpartum care, as well as supporting those navigating chronic stress, trauma, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation. Her goal is to help clients feel more connected to themselves, more resourced in their daily lives, and more confident in their body’s ability to heal and adapt.
When she isn’t helping people reconnect with their health, Jordana enjoys spending time with her family over a delicious meal, exploring the outdoors, cooking, and discovering new places while listening to a great playlist. A lifelong learner and explorer, she is continually expanding her knowledge through advanced education in manual therapy, neuroscience, and integrative approaches to health, always seeking new ways to better support the people she serves.
